NexCen is currently seeking employees for the following positions:
Function as a Business Consultant for assigned franchisees with the responsibility of growing
the franchisees' business in the areas of sales, profits, and store growth. This is accomplished
by focusing on a memorable guest experience, operational compliance to brand standards, well-trained
competent people, and high quality facilities. Franchise Business Consultants will assist their
franchisees in growing brands within the NexCen Franchise Management family.

To manage the sales process and bring appropriate candidates into the franchise system.

This position is responsible for direct review and verification of franchisee records,
compliance with Franchisee Agreement standards, policies and procedures. Recommends
changes, ensures that contract policies and procedures are followed, and establishes
techniques to discover and prevent non-reporting of franchisee sales. Selects areas
for operational accounting. Develops audit procedures and systems. Oversees audit
findings and recommendations. This position also requires coordination, review and
approval of franchisee audits, including assessment and direct working relationship
of several service provider(s).
