MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY OFFERS A NEW LINE OF HOLIDAY CAKES AND PIES

ATLANTA - November 24, 2008 - Marble Slab Creamery announced a new line of holiday ice cream cakes and pies for the upcoming season. Most famous for its innovation of the "granite slab" technique, the brand will offer holiday themed pies beginning this Thanksgiving. The new product line is supported by operator, NexCen Franchise Management, a subsidiary of NexCen Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEXC) ("NexCen"), parent company of Marble Slab.

Marble Slab's gourmet ice cream pies will include new Apple 'n' Spice and Pumpkin flavors. In addition, the brand will add two new holiday themed ornament ice cream cakes to its list of products. The new line is coming out just weeks after the brand launched a new text messaging campaign - customers can text "slab" to 30364 to receive mobile coupons; including a special offer on cakes and pies.
