MAGGIEMOO'S ICE CREAM & TREATERY OFFERS "UDDERLY" DELICIOUS HOLIDAY CAKES, PIES AND ICE CREAM CUPCAKES

ATLANTA - November 25, 2008 - MaggieMoo's Ice Cream & Treatery announced that it will expand its line of signature products to incorporate the upcoming holiday season. The brand is known as an innovator in the super-premium ice cream category, and beginning this Thanksgiving will offer customers holiday themed ice cream cakes, pies and cupcakes. The new product line is supported by operator, NexCen Franchise Management, a subsidiary of NexCen Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEXC) ("NexCen"), parent company of MaggieMoo's.

The new line of Ice Cream Pies includes Pecan Pie and Caramel Pumpkin Pie and will be made with MaggieMoo's award winning, super premium ice cream. In addition to the holiday pies, the brand will also offer a new holiday themed Snowman Ice Cream Dream Cake and a Stocking Cupcake Cake. The new line is coming out just weeks after the brand launched a new text messaging campaign - customers can text "moo" to 30364 to receive mobile coupons, including a special offer on holiday cakes and pies.
