NEW YORK, March 12, 2008 - NexCen Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEXC), owner of the Waverly brand of fabrics and home furnishing products, has renewed its licensing agreements with key partners C.R. Gibson LLC and The McCall Pattern Company. The agreements have been renewed for three years.
All Waverly partner contracts expiring since the acquisition by NexCen in 2007 have now been renewed. This includes the recent renewals of direct license relationships with both Target and Lowes.
“These renewals demonstrate that our partners share our confidence in the future vision of Waverly as a complete lifestyle resource,” said NexCen CEO Robert W. D’Loren. “C.R.
